Irving Feldman | Founder and Chairman of the Board
A former vice president of lending for Banker's Trust in Manhattan, Irving founded Tri-State Credit Corporation more than two decades ago. Irving Feldman brings over 50 years of banking and finance experience and now serves as a consultant to the company.
Phil Kansky | President
Phil brings more than 40 years of middle and senior management experience to his position as president of Tri-State Credit Corporation. Phil uses his business and sales background to oversee dealer relationships and evaluate Tri-State's annual goals. He monitors operations and shares progress reports with the Board of Directors.
Ross Garing | Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Ross brings 12 years of experience as a CFO/Controller throughout various industries. He has a proven track record of improving profitability, revenue, and growing companies. Ross joined Tri State Credit in 2009. Since joining the company he has implemented new programs for loan approvals, collections, and other operating systems. Ross is responsible for all daily operations as well as the financial planning and reporting for the company.
